Welcome to the Sudanese Professionals Club ("SPC"). By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership
- Membership is open to professionals who meet our registration criteria.
- All registration requests are subject to review and approval by SPC administration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Events and Ticketing
- Event registration and ticket purchases are subject to availability.
- Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may vary by tier.
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined per event and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- SPC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Community Forum
- Users with posting privileges may create posts and comments in the forum.
- All content must be professional, respectful, and relevant to the community.
- Prohibited content includes: hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, illegal content, and content that violates intellectual property rights.
- SPC reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
- Users may report inappropriate content for review by moderators.
4. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
- Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism.
- Engage constructively in discussions and activities.
- Respect the diversity of the Sudanese professional community.
- Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Protect the confidentiality of private conversations and shared information.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and materials on the SPC platform are the intellectual property of SPC or its licensors.
- Users retain ownership of content they post but grant SPC a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SPC content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- SPC provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- SPC is not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the platform.
7. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
- SPC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
SPC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
